THE ADULT EXPERIENCE

E7's Adult curriculum is designed for all the grown-up members of Harry Potter families, from those whose passion for the series borders on the obsessive, to those who have never picked up a book.

Some of the Enlightening Programming & Activities for the Adults:
  • Let your competitive side show as your family plays to win points towards the E7 House Cup in The Magical and Mythical Trivia Challenge, the Quad-Wizards Family Tournament, the Every-Flavor Bean-Tasting Contest (and we mean every flavor), and other special events.
  • Watch the younger members of your family in the Open House show on Saturday night as the Kids, Tweens and Teens present their own performances and works of art.
  • Invent your own spells - complete with wand movements and incantations - in a Spellcasting workshop.
  • Attend a red-carpet, IMAX-3D showing of the film Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix with your family.
  • Join in the many activities and games at E7 PremiereFest Friday evening, including a live podcast by MuggleCast and a Wizard Rock concert starring the Moaning Myrtles (see Family Experience page for more PremiereFest details).
  • The more serious adult fans can stay on campus to attend presentations by our special guests as well as interactive and experiential classes and workshops.

  • For the more casual fan, take advantage of free time during the formal programming hours to:
    • explore the historic Penn campus and its breathtaking Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology;
    • shop in the many boutique stores surrounding the campus;
    • visit landmarks in Philadelphia and the nearby Dutch Country;
    • or just catch a nap, all while the kids are busy with their own magic classes and group projects.
  • And for those adults who are new to Harry Potter but have family members who are deeply obsessed, we will offer introductory programming to help explain the "magic."
